Charles Runyan has over twenty years of experience in the development and protection of intangible assets, including the drafting and prosecution of hundreds of patents, preparation of patent and trademark validity and infringement opinions, clearance opinions, trademark oppositions, and licensing. He has managed hundreds of patents in diverse areas including energy, semiconductors, robotic automation, software, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and industrial-scale manufacturing processes. Charles has worked in a wide variety of capacities, including for individual inventors, startups, and multiple Fortune 500 companies. Charles holds a PhD degree in Chemistry, received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arizona, and is admitted to practice before the USPTO. Charles now directs his considerable talents to the development of the Erthos intellectual property portfolio.
